Order Processing & Freshness
All coffee and tea products are roasted and ground to order to ensure optimal freshness and quality. Orders typically require up to 4 business days for roasting, grinding, and preparation prior to shipment.
Once your order has been freshly prepared, it will be shipped within 24 hours.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We primarily ship using USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. In certain situations, we may utilize FedEx or UPS to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.
After your order has shipped, delivery typically occurs within up to 7 business days, depending on your location and the selected carrier.
International & Non-Continental U.S. Shipping
Orders shipped outside of the Continental United States are generally sent via USPS First Class Mail International. Please note:
- Delivery times may be longer due to international transit and customs processing
- Shipping rates are determined by USPS international pricing
- Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country
Tracking & Notifications
